• Nominations are due no later than December 1st of current year

• All nominations are retained for future consideration; one need no re-submit a nomination for the same candidate

• Nominators are strongly encouraged to provide supporting materials, including but not limited to news clippings, anecdotal accounts, photos and any other materials that provide background information on the nominee’s qualifications

• Entire teams may also be nominated

• Qualifications for selection as an athlete:
– Must be a graduate of Beaverton High School
– Must have been selected to an All-League Team
– Additional consideration may be awarded for All-Area and All-State Team recognition
– Must have graduated a minimum of ten (10) years prior to nomination for induction
– Must be a citizen of good moral and sound character

• Qualifications for selection as a non athlete:
– Nominee must have contributed significantly over a lengthy period of time to the Beaverton athletic program(s) in some manner
– Must be a citizen of good moral and sound character
