The Beaverton Rural Schools Athletic Hall of Fame is now accepting nominations for induction in the 2009 class of honorees. Nominate your Hall of Famer in one of three ways:

• Pick up an application form at the BRS Administration office or near the HOF exhibit at the high school, fill it out and return it
• Fill out a form right here online by clicking here*
• Or you can download a form, print it off and submit it by clicking right here*

Applications are due no later than December 1.
